"Hotel is at the bottom of the hill with an easy stroll to the various points of interest in town. Short taxi ride ( or Walk ) to the Alhambra. Shopping and restaurants are all close by. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was a bit small but very well renovated. Unfortunately there's no view from windows. "

"A gorgeous hotel with a beautiful atrium including a fountain and lovely library area for hot drinks and relaxing. The staff were really friendly and helpful and it was a beautiful environment to stay in. The decor in the public spaces and rooms was quirky and unique and really made it a special stay."

"I thought the capsule room idea was clever for a few nights and it is definitely a fun novelty versus a traditional shared dormitory bunk bed situation. The problem here is with the cleanliness. The capsule itself was disgusting. There was gum stuck to the side, smears on the walls and mirror and so much dirt and debris in the door’s sliding mechanism that it was clear they were not cleaned for a very long time. "Everything was perfect for us. Hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable, shower worked great. We stayed in a twin room with balcony, and it was overlooking the attached restaurant and some bars downstairs. That said, some of the noise from the street and the bars could be heard from inside the room even with the balcony door closed. We did not mind it, however, and we still had very comfortable sleep. A point to take note of if a guest is very sensitive to sound. "

"This is a lovely and classy property with absolutely stunning views of the Alhambra from the rooftop. The front desk, concierge and help are top notch. I think we had a subpar dining experience with one of the dishes but perhaps that was a one-off. Also, the parking and driving access to this place is confusing so… avoid driving if you can! The rooms are gorgeous and truly luxurious "
