" Modern hotel, loved the amenities and the room. Room was facing the street that we didn't hear. The hotel is 15- 20 minute walk to the main center. Very friendly stuff. Taxi was easy to book and arrive promptly. Booked the room with parking. That was the right choice, parking was full. "

"Very nice apartment unit. Close to everything. Front desk staff super friendly but it was not available for 24 hours which was a bit inconvenient. I booked a non-smoking room but the unit had very strong smoke smell when We first got in. It was obvious that the previous customer smoked! It was terrible, we had to open all the windows for a long time to get rid of the smoke smell. We couldn’t get a different room because we were told that was the last one available. "

"Rooms were kept well clean. We saw them preparing the room even to the small details like one water bottle per person. Included dinner and breakfast was super additional perk. They were able to customize and provide all information for our vegan/vegetarian family! Parking is under the building but tight for even the small car. "

"The hotel was full of character, very clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. There were plenty bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk as were the main sight seeing areas and attractions. Would recommend staying at this hotel."

"Pensión Landazuri felt like a home away from home for me - the family are delightful & so helpful & kind, the adjoining cafe next door was my breakfast haunt every day - great jamon y queso omelette & coffee. The rooftop terrace with view of the Alcazaba was a peaceful place to sit, and I loved all the traditional decorations (tiles, mirrors, plates, vases etc). The location was perfect! I love Granada, & this Pensión is a big part of that!! Thank you ☺️"

"I thought the capsule room idea was clever for a few nights and it is definitely a fun novelty versus a traditional shared dormitory bunk bed situation. The problem here is with the cleanliness. The capsule itself was disgusting. There was gum stuck to the side, smears on the walls and mirror and so much dirt and debris in the door’s sliding mechanism that it was clear they were not cleaned for a very long time. "This hotel was in a great location, right across from the Plaza Nuevo. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn’t like was that the beds were very firm and not comfortable. Otherwise we loved it and would stay there again!"

"Recently remodeled-from check-in to checkout our stay was wonderful. Amazing remodeling of the hotel. The room was well decorated and the beds comfortable. The morning buffet breakfast had an amazing variety of food and flavours with a great helpful staff. Eggs/omelets cooked to order. A real experience every morning. The terrace on top of the hotel had a great view of the city and Sierra Nevada mountains-with a full bar/food service. Front desk was professional and always willing to help in any way. It’s been said location location location and this hotel had it. Perfectly located near shopping, restaurants and historic buildings. A must stay!!"
