"I chose this property because of all the raving that I read about their excellent staff, and they didn't disappoint. Great staff that truly want to please you. The property had many different gathering areas that really made it easy to reconnect with our old friends. The only negative is, the golf carts (as with most in the DR) needed better maintenance. One rattled so loud that I didn't want to use it and the brakes barely worked. The other sqeaked and I worried I wouldn't make it back. ...

"Our family of four, including our two young boys (5 and 8), had the most incredible stay at this beautiful home in Casa de Campo. This was truly the best family vacation we have taken! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the house—it was even better than we imagined! "We had an Amazing Vacation Here. We came with my family and had other friends stay with us as well. The house itself is incredible with its indoor/outdoor feel. It is a true Oasis. But the staff made it one of the best vacations we have ever been on. Leo (the butler) and Antonio (poolboy) are attentive to your every need. The chef was amazing as was the maid and Jean (Owner) ensures that everything is perfect. We will be back!"

"Our stay at this house was absolutely Incredible from the second we pulled up to the second we left. The ten of us there for a golf trip were completely satisfied to say the least! Julio, the property owner, is fantastic and in communication with us every step of the way!The staff greeted us outside with frozen tropical drinks as we arrived. Frank, the head butler couldn’t do enough, ensuring everything was made possible, ascertained all food was purchased, making sure all TV’s were working...

"Despite an illness that spread among a few family members during our visit, all were delighted with the house and staff! Hilda was very communicative before our visit and always responsive. The staff were very accommodating to our variable schedule - and always preparing delicious dishes and smoothies with the groceries we bought. The house is open with many gathering areas and a great view of the golf course and the rooms were a perfect combination of bedding needs for our family. 10/10 across...

"We had 5 guys on a 2 day trip to DR to fish. We didn't stay at the house much given we were fishing all day but it was great to come home to and relax and the staff was quite helpful. They cooked a traditional chicken, rice and beans dinner for us one evening and it was great."

"This property was a perfect choice for our family. We had more room than needed. The master bedroom had one King bed and a bathroom and the other two bedrooms each had two double beds and its own bathroom. The property had a beautiful outdoor area with plentiful seating both in the shade and in the sun and an inviting large pool. Communication with the owner before we arrived was excellent. He arranged airport transportation both ways for us and we rented a golf cart and bicycles for the time...

"The Playa Nueva Romana is excellent in every respect. The host, Linette, was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the stay. I commend her good communication skills and though fullness. She kept in touch on daily basis to make sure we have everything that we needed at the residence. Kudos to her and her rental team."
