"Great location close to the bars and good restaurants. The beach is a few minutes walking distance and they have a nice pool on the second floor. The design of the apartment is really nice. It’s has one very spacious bedroom with a bathroom and a good sized balcony. The living room is also large with a pullout couch which I did not use. It also has Netflix and YouTube on both TVs. It has a 1/2 bathroom with toilet, sink, and stackable washer and dryer which worked awesomely. Refrigerator is new...

"Nice pool area and view of the ocean from the best patio I've ever had in the DR. If you like being close to shopping, a good pool area with also an ocean view from your balcony this is the best deal I've seen in about a dozen trips to The Republic. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and Domenico and his wife are always very responsive to any questions or problems. "Two flights up to apartment. Two stories inside with two nice size bedrooms and baths, and a balcony/view from each floor. Added bonus is a laundry room/maids quarter with half bath off main kitchen. Lots of restaurants and gorgeous clothing shops in marina. Playa Minitas and Altos de Chavon close by. If you rent a car, you don’t need a golf cart. ((Charging involves dropping an extension cord down from second bedroom slider and convincing security that you must take cart past the parking lot)....

"On a eu un très bon séjour. L'emplacement est très bon a côté de pleins de restaurants, la plage juste a coté ( juste une petite rue a traversé, un stationnement et on y est). Les propriétaires sont toujours là pour nous aider. Vraiment très agréable. Si vous venez en voiture de Punta Cana vous allez avoir 3 péages de 100, 60, et 100 pesos chacun. Ils ne prennent pas la carte, mais us dollar où pesos. Je recommande fortement."
