"Overall it was good experience, we’ve been to this hotel 2nd time, but I must say, 6 years ago it was wonderful, now just good. The grounds and beach are the best (the water is the most beautiful), food was just fine, we liked the most the service and food at Grill. For the things we don’t like was our room (it had had some stains on the floor on both sides of the bed, something was spilled, and when communicated it - they just advised that that’s the kind of floor and they are not able to...

"Went last week of April, so some rain. Ocean was great, with great snorkling right off the shore. We saw a flounder, rays, pufferfish, lobsters, plus reef fish. Coral is growing but looks young. Loved the excursions with viva, they had tour guides that spoke multiple languages. Staff was friendly. Room was basic but the grounds were beautiful with ducks, birds, and igunanas. Food was adequate but lacked flavor. Yes I would go again."

"Loved everything about this place. staff is always available 24/7. Rooms and bathroom so clean, just the way I like it. The pool was not to cold y was warm and comfy. It’s not extremely deep but it’s not low either. My kids and family enjoyed it so much. Thank you so much. See you guys soon."
