"When we got there, a staff member offered to show us around and wanted us to leave our bags in an unattended area where there were construction workers around. My husband told him that he didn’t want to leave our personal belongings there so he assumed that we had a fire arm in our luggage. He warned us that fire arms weren’t permitted, that there were cameras everywhere and that the owner was on the property. He was very suspicious of us and didn’t let up until I offered to let him search one...

"This place is closed since march 2019 due to pandemic however they are doing bookings and taking people's money. Don't bother with this. I complained and ask for refund that was denied. "

"Loved everything about this place. staff is always available 24/7. Rooms and bathroom so clean, just the way I like it. The pool was not to cold y was warm and comfy. It’s not extremely deep but it’s not low either. My kids and family enjoyed it so much. Thank you so much. See you guys soon."

"Smooth check in and attentive hosts. Construction in the area made transportation a small challenge, but this was outside of the control of the site. Excellent pools and good restaurant. Beautiful view of the beach. "

"The place is ok. Not too impressed. Apt 322 was nice but faucets are old and water is not controllable. Shower head holder in master bdrm is broken. Decor is nice. Washing machine is inoperable. WiFi is the worst!! Only works in lobby minimally and in room balcony but not that great. Second bdrm beds are very uncomfortable. Front desk clerk was not very helpful with instructions on how things work in the room or any info around the area. There was access after lobby closes yet we were not...

"Very slow check-in due to incompetent staff (and the lack of a proper front desk). Spacious and quiet room, but just OK for the price. No black-out curtains. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Lift does not work. Remote area far from everything. No beach on premises. Bare amenities (just 2 small bars of soap). No hot water."
