"Well located, comfortable. Paid extra for bathtub but there was no spout to fill it, had to use shower head! Also broken tiles on side of bath."

The buffet style breakfast is an excellent start to the day with plenty of choice and a wealth of excellent restaurants surround the hotel so you won’t struggle to find somewhere for dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay...

"It was a good location. About a 2 minute walking distance from the hotel to get to the tour guide pick up locations. About a 5 to 10 minute walk to the light rail train which can take you to the airport and other tourist spots. A lot of restaurants and shops also within walking distance. Hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable. "

"Arrived in oslo with paid reservation at thon panorama (even had a confirmation the day before) only to get there and find a sign in front saying closed for refurbishing and that booked guests should call this number. I had to turn on roaming and international calling and spend 30 min on hold to be told my hotel was moved across town to a different hotel. It wasn’t walkable so I went into a different hotel and they graciously called me a taxi ($40). I missed my pre booked sauna for 3 reservation...
