The staff should also undergo a repeat training of smiling and being courteous. The reception staff were great"

"This was a really great stay....nice, quaint hotel in the center of it all! Bob is so responsive. Everything went well as expected and I couldnt have been happier for my first trip to Oslo!"

"The most surprising part is heated bathroom floor! Shower glass is only partial . So get very wet I. The room but with heated floor, it dries pretty quickly! Also location was perfect for us to move around."
