"Arrived in oslo with paid reservation at thon panorama (even had a confirmation the day before) only to get there and find a sign in front saying closed for refurbishing and that booked guests should call this number. I had to turn on roaming and international calling and spend 30 min on hold to be told my hotel was moved across town to a different hotel. "Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was great- a fantastic option in a city as expensive as Oslo. The deluxe room had plenty of space in the bedroom itself, less so in the bathroom but excellent value. Within short walk of trams/buses/ferries to all the main sites. Central location but quiet street. 10 minute walk from station made it an easy trip to/from the airport. We would certainly return here if we were to visit Oslo again. "
