I cannot recommend this hotel despite the helpful staff. Firstly, despite being close to the terminal, there is no shuttle bus. As such, arriving and departing guests have to walk nearly a quarter of a mile dragging whatever luggage they have behind them - possibly through rain, snow, and freezing temperatures. Secondly, upon arrival there was no reception, the hotel was utterly deserted save for an anonymous self-service check-in kiosk. This is hardly welcoming, especially if one has questions or problems. In my case the anonymous kiosk told me my room was unavailable - this was an hour after my check-in time. I thus had to go searching for a real person. Eventually, I found one in, of all places, the kitchen! I will not stay here again.

I had a very early morning flight out of Bergen. This hotel is literally right by the airport; it is an easy walk of a couple of minutes right to the terminal. Despite the fact that the hotel is at the airport, the room was very quiet. The staff was friendly and professional and the room was clean and comfortable.

Really easy to walk to having arrived late at the Airport, and swiftly checked in. Breakfast a bit chaotic, coffee kept on running out, and was snapped at for wanting bacon without eggs, apparently this wasn't possible from the buffet!

For airport stays, Comfort Inn cannot be beat. It is right across from Bergen Terminal. Clean room and good breakfast before an early morning flight.

The chair in the room was old and shabby. Reading lights by the bed didn't work. No phone in the room so if you wanted to talk to someone at the desk you had to go there physically. The good thing is that it was close to the airport.
