When we checked we were handed the key and no words came out of the mouth of the person who checked us in, we didn't know where to go to find our room. When I asked he pointed to a hall. We were also accosted by another worker when we were outside enjoying a drink in the garden area, she was very rude at first telling us we couldn't drink alcohol we brought, we had to buy it there. We didn't know there was a "rule" about...

"The hotel was great, no elevator to the 6th floor so I had to walk from 5th up the stairs. Which is fine except when I first arrived and the key card didn't work and I had to go back down again with luggage to correct it. Parking was also a bit distant considering rain"
