"Pretty property built into the side of the cliff. Very quiet and removed from the main roads. We didn’t use the hotel shuttle but they run a regular schedule to the beach area. Amenities were nice but if we returned, we would book a poolside room. We felt like we were intruding on other guests to access the pool. Kids loved feeding the koi in the lobby and we appreciated the quality beach towels, beach bags and mats for guest use! "

"The property is a little bit remote from ao nang, also uphill but you literally get a villa in between the mountains with an amazing pool for a very cheap price! It was definitely a win for us"

"Great property but it’s takes forever to get a buggy service and service by the pool. Facility either needs more buggy’s to service the entire property of more staff to round on guests. "

"Lovely hotel right on the most beautiful beach along the Leam Tong coast. Very friendly and incredibly helpful staff. Really great that there is free transportation around the hotel area in golf carts, especially if you stay in rooms on the mountainside. The hotel looks nice, but needs a lot of love in many places. Breakfast was good, but the restaurant area needs a major cleaning."

"We loved Railay Bay Resort and wish we stayed longer. I had 2 massages with Kate which were excellent. The only downside is the restaurant on location is quite average. The restaurant is very understaffed, but otherwise the rest of the resort seemed well taken care of with plenty of help. "

Front desk staff and check in great facilities lovely clean and welcoming towel service friendly and breakfast very good with lovely attentive staff. Our ocean view front room was great. We enjoyed the entertainment and the ease of moving from beach to hotel. Also enjoyed the new night market right behind the hotel. Lots of entertainment fun and great food. Kids loved the pool and overall place very clean tidy and organized....
