"Stayed here to be close to a friend, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Check in was smooth (we don’t speak Japanese so sometimes a worry!), the hotel is nearby public transport and convenient shopping, and all the amenities we required were readily available. "Good: - Very clean, exceptional views of harbor with the curved windows. The other room with bay views and balcony was also quite nice! - right near Minatomirai metro station - super clean and upscale - concierge staff was helpful in making dinner reservations since we didn’t have a tel number It’s about a 15m walk to Sakuragicho station but there are 2 Pokémon manhole covers you can spot along the way which is fun! The bed was comfy and large (king), the tub was huge, and they are eco friendly!"

"Lovely hotel, lovely staff. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. My wife is a vegetarian so not quite as good a choice as it was for me.but still good. Hotel views are amazing. Close to Sakuragicho station and Minatomirai station. Yokohama is so underrated. As far as I'm concerned keep it that way. It's part of its charm. Would love to go back. Would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"We always stay here when we have to get on or off the Shinkansen as it is not too far. The variety of dining and shot options also make us want to stay here and it is not as chaotic as in Tokyo city centre or Shinjuku. We prefer this place as it is easily walkable to the shops and dining places we often go to as we know what we're getting. The staff are always friendly by and approachable. We also like the fact that when we request extra pillows they sent them right away. In other hotels, we are asked to come and get the pillow/s ourselves which is not so bad but the service at Prince Hotels are great usually. This is one of our fave hotels. Although our room with double beds was not as spacious as in similarly priced accommodation, we find it cater to our needs very well "
