Also, if you come in at low tide, it’s a hell of a long walk down the pier and there’s nobody waiting for you so you have to bring your own bags for about a quarter of a mile. The staff was amazing. "Exceptional friendly and very helpful staff. Beach was easily accessible and a magnificent view of the sea bay. Our room included the club lounge which we had our daily breakfast and afternoon mini buffet during our stay. The room was very clean and spacious. The gym was well equipped, but the machine felt sticky. Perhaps they should supply antiseptic wet wipe for people to wipe down the equipments. I would have no problem in staying at the Dusit Thani Krabi."

"We loved Railay Bay Resort and wish we stayed longer. I had 2 massages with Kate which were excellent. The only downside is the restaurant on location is quite average. The restaurant is very understaffed, but otherwise the rest of the resort seemed well taken care of with plenty of help. "
