"We arrived at Odin on 21 Dec. The lobby looks renovated but had TVs, tools, debris and construction materials all over the place. As we got off the lift, the hallway had construction materials strewn all over the floor with broken frame beds, broken nightstands and broken A/Cs. The first room, the safe was broken, it didn’t have a shower head, the door to the balcony would not lock, & there were clearly missing pieces of furniture in the room. We asked for another room and had the same issues...

"The address given will take you to the office. The actual rooms are a short walk away in a residential area. Pek house is a bit out of the centre (20 min by walk) of Phuket, is close to the pier where the ferry to phiphi departing. Is is a quiet area and rooms are clean. At least wait u til 11am and check out time to make it fair, i wasnt checking out but was hoping for a sleep in.
