"We enjoyed just about everything about the property. We stayed in one of the villas and had the time of our life in Thailand. The staff was incredible! The food options at the resort were a bit limited, but that didn't matter much because you have so many other options just outside your resort on this beach strip."

"Hotel Clover is very well located in the heart of Patong Beach. We could walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and other services like ATMs and transport options. The staf were excellent, always friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. When we had a problem with the air-conditioning it was attended to immediately. We would stay there again. "

"I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was at the Marriott Merlin Beach Resort. The staff are AMAZING. We absolutely loved being greeted with their warm smiles. They were extremely attentive to our needs during meals, sitting at the pool and at the beach by the Rum Shack. The resort is very nice and always clean. We opted for the all-inclusive package and were glad we did. The menus at the restaurants were pretty good and we always found something to our liking. If you are looking for a family getaway I would recommend this resort, but be aware it is a little off the beaten path. It is a short taxi or bus ride into Patong, but we didn’t feel the need to leave as all of what we needed was at the resort. There is even an elephant sanctuary only a 5 minute walk up the hill. We will definitely be returning."
