"In the morning of the day of check-in, we got a message from this hotel telling us they are undergoing “construction” and don’t know what when will finish. Said they had put us in their sister hotel - Koh Ma Resort - “which is more expensive” They give us no choice at that point, as we cannot cancel on the day of check-in.
