"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property! The staff were professional, friendly, and accommodating, arranging transportation to and from the pier and granting us an early check-in. They were also quick to resolve a minor issue with the room safe. We stayed in the brand-new standard studio (#13, no pool), which was spacious, sparkling, and well-appointed. The ceiling fans & A/C kept us comfortable, and the location was just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, ATM, and shops. We appreciated meeting the owner, who was welcoming and lovely. Our stay was very good, but a few tweaks would have made it great (we know you’re still working out the kinks!): Comfortable outdoor furniture is a must! The side yard has plenty of space for patio chaise lounges and/or hammocks, and the wicker chairs on the front porch need proper seat cushions suitable to remain outdoors. The kitchen could be better stocked with essentials like a bottle opener and additional cookware/utensils. Open wall shelving would make accessing dishes less awkward. Minor improvements to storage and amenities, such as more hangers, and shelves would enhance the overall experience. Lastly, you might consider frosting the bathroom windows to ensure privacy. Overall, this unit has tremendous potential, and with these adjustments, we would wholeheartedly recommend it. As it stands, we still had a wonderful stay and appreciate the staff's hospitality."

"This was an amazing place to stay. Individual villas with all of the amenities, like a kitchen and a washing machine. The infinity pool was very very nice. Fantastic views from high up on the hill. Restaurant was great and the included breakfast menu is varied and delicious."

"Amazing villa in one of the few gated residential communities in Koh Phangan, on the best beaches on the island and stunning views of the bay. Very well equipped villa with a perfect infinity pool facing the sunset, and with all services (food, delivery, etc) just a whatsapp message away. You hardly need to do any food shopping as everything is just a text message away. The cafe downstairs delivers amazing food in minutes and you're 10 minutes away from the most beautiful beach on the island, which is surprisingly quiet even at peek time. Excellent hotel-grade bedding, AC works well and is silent, and the ventilation system actually negates the use of it. The pool is gorgeous and at the perfect temperature. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, and a beautiful eclectic deco by host Lenny, which really gives a unique "cachet" and style to this adorable house. Lenny the host is an absolute gentleman and a true hospitality professional with a big heart. I will be back ! Perfect for families our friend groups on their first trip to Koh Phangan as you have the expansive space of a private home with all the benefits of a hotel. The house also has a very convenient washing machine which is key for families and to avoid having to go outside for laundry. Good audio/video facilities as well with a smart TV that allows you to log on to your Netflix, etc. (I had brought my AppleTV and JBL speakers with me but no need as the sound bar works perfectly well on bluetooth).
