"This is a very under rated resort. The staff are very friendly and helpful. As soon as we got there we felt so relaxed. The resort itself is a bit off the main road so it’s a bit of a walk to anything but we just rented a scouter to rip around everywhere so it really wasn’t an issue. They hotel msg’d me 2 hours before check in while I was on the ferry to the island to tell me they double booked and my bungalow was not available. Then they were rude to me about it when I asked to cancel and refund. "Beautiful property, great "luxury" feel about it. The staff cannot do enough for you. The beachfront pool villa we stayed in was wonderful and offered the most stunning sunsets, its own plunge pool and a nice quiet piece of gorgeous sandy beach. Dining was a mixed affair but No Noe - the waiter who served us during our stay - was truly brilliant and made our visit extra special. He was definitly a credit to Kupu Kupu. "
