"AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Arrived to find a deserted hotel. Initially thought great but then was told no restaurant in low season even though we paid for breakfast. Steep road to cabins which taxi drivers wont drive down and need transport to get everywhere from it, even to a 7/11 which was supposed to be 400m away. Ninas coffee shop was around the corner and lovely. Nina helped us get taxis and said that the hotel has always had problems, no one stays. Aircon was not working in room even though...

"The property was absolutely gorgeous, almost like a dream, with 2 beautiful shaped pools and a connected waterfall, with frangipangi trees and blossoms everywhere. The nearby beach (Mae Haad) is just gorgeous. The room cleaning service staff was excellent. The front desk and restaurant staff were pleasant but not super sharp.
