"1st impression, the hotel was a bit dated on the outside. Loads of spaces for parking. Just remember to validate your vehicle reg on the tablet in reception.Check in was easy, staff polite and pleasant. The place was busy.Plenty of space in the bar/reception area. Room was ok. We were put in a room overlooking the road. Double glazed windows didn't close properly. You could hear traffic outside and people talking as they walked past. "Great hotel at a good price. The hotel has excellent amenities such as Spa, Gym, Restaurant etc which we used during our stay. The spa is a good size with a nice pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna which we enjoyed. We ate food in the restaurant and it was really nice. The bedrooms are a little dated and they did get abit hot during the night but we slept ok. Would definitely use this hotel again "

When in the room there was the sound of water running and this never stopped, even after telling the reception and was told by them that the maintenance people would sort it out, but no, it kept on running!
