"Absolutely love this hotel. Beautiful room with everything you can think of.. i was in the upgraded deluxe room which was large with buttons for lighting and curtains closing across a huge skylight. Couldnt fault the staff who were friendly and helpful. Very clean thanks to the cleaning staff. The bed was really comfortable and i slept really well as very quiet. Breakfast a bit pricey but worth it as plenty of choice. Great location too as just over 5 mins walk to main square in krakow. "

"Comfortable, quite hotel 10 Minutes from old town, And a short walk from shopping mall and train station. Had to ask for milk to make tea in our room. There is Netflix on the TV but I couldn't log into my account."

"A lovely hotel with good sized rooms. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection, with views into a central garden area. The desk was manned 24/7, and car parking was available at front of the hotel, should you need it. It’s about 10-15 mins walk from the centre of Krakow, and close enough for many tours to offer hotel pick-up from here. The only thing I was unsure of was the frosted glass door into the toilet/shower room. Not a problem for a couple, but maybe a bit odd for a family. All the staff spoke very good English, so no issues communicating. I didn’t get the chance to sample any of the hotels other facilities, but what I did experience was really good. "
