Very clean modern hotel. Staff were consistently excellent and the on site facilities like the bar and restaurant were very convenient. Only small negatives is that the bed was a little uncomfortable and there was some noise from the busy surrounding streets at night so light sleepers might struggle with rooms on the lower floors.

Great hotel
Hotel was clean and room was exactly as described when booking. There was a kettle in the room and tea, coffee and water available at no extra cost. It was next to busy road but I couldn’t hear the traffic at all. Bathroom was clean and towels were provided. Staff was friendly. It was a one night solo stay, but I’ll definitely book it again when in Krakow.

The check in was so easy and the room was perfect. Couldn't wait to come back after a day of sight seeing to enjoy a shower and the super comfortable bed. The balcony was lovely and you are just steps away from the famous walled city!

The hotel is conveniently located near a lot of attractions. Its clean and the staff is very helpful. However, if you don't reserve a parking space in advance, there's a very little chance of getting one upon arrival.
