"Our suite was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The neighbourhood was safe and quiet, a bit away from centre - 15 min walk. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Only downside was too many throw pillows; had to pile them on the floor. Would recommend to friends."

"Our stay at the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel was excellent, friendly helpful staff, large clean comfortable room, great shower (we booked a superior double). Great value for money, plus the location was perfect for us, right near the edge of Old Town, walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and the main train station (Glowny). Right next to the Grzegorzki station with direct access to the Wieliczka Salt Mine and the airport. The only minor complaint we have is instant coffee only in the room. We did not have the buffet breakfast. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here if back in Krakow in future."
