The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was amazing. super clean and equipped with everything you need. The food was tasty and great choice. To make it extra special we were given complimentary bubbly twice. I would highly recommend The Betmanowska Main Square Residence

You are right in the square. Location was awesome. I was met with a bottle of Prosecco , apples and the special Polish caramels sitting on the vanity in the room. I was not expecting that. The staff was very helpful. The order to make omelet for breakfast was good. They also had five flavored vodkas and wine to go with your breakfast. I would definitely use this hotel again,

This hotel is perfect location for the square ie Xmas market! The whole experience was fantastic, the evening meal and breakfast so superb . All the staff could not do enough for you and the room was lovely with a jacuzzi, just perfect. Will be back in the summer, oh and the taxi organised with hotel was a very nice and went out of his way to show us the area.

This is truly an amazing property. The room we reserved definitely made our trip memorable. Loved the view from the room and that the window opened up completely!! The only thing this hotel lacked was a bigger lobby if you wanted to get out of your room, but not leave the hotel.

We stayed in a junior suite with an amazing view overlooking the main square. Our room was large and comfortable with a power jets shower and double jacuzzi bath. We were treated to complimentary fruit, wine and a mini bar with soft drinks. There is also a coffee pod machine. The bed was comfortable and you can choose from different pillows. Breakfast was good, range of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, cake, juice, vodka, Prosecco and continental items plus you can order hot food like eggs and pancakes. The staff were kind and courteous. You can hear the trumpeter during the night but it’s part of the experience of being in Krakow so if you are worried bring earplugs. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Great location on the main square. Nice slick check in. Rooms were perfect. We were given a lunch bag for our trip to Auschwitz as we were out early and would miss breakfast which was lovely and appreciated. Breakfast on the other days was well received. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Room 202 (Felix) has a great view to the square. Room was great, nice size and staff friendly. For example I asked for decaf coffee pods at reception and they couldn’t have been more helpful.

Very small rooms, bathroom walls are made of glass and provide no privacy. Damaged furniture with missing handles. Prosecco on arrival in the room was room temperature and no ice provided. First room, that was allocated to us had a smell of mould. Very basic breakfast. Location of the hotel is good.
