"Lovely property and grounds. Wonderful friendly polite and helpful staff. Cozy rooms. Well decorated to suit the old georgian style in modern way. I did find it very hot in room but i waa staying on an extremely hot day it was a little uncomfortable howevver the staff did so all they could to help "

Fantastic Stay
"Fantastic stay at this wonderful pub/restaurant with rooms. We received a very warm welcome and were shown to our room and had everything explained. They managed to get us into the restaurant for our evening meal, even though they were very busy and full. Room was outstanding, very spacious and comfortable and extremely clean. The evening meal was also spot on, we ordered different meals but tried each others and I was completely impressed with both. Both of us were full after the main course, but because it had been so enjoyable, I couldn't not have a dessert, we decided to share, and that was my only mistake, once the Sticky toffee pudding arrived I wanted it all to myself. The staff were brilliant, very friendly and even during the busy evening they still attended to every whim and need. We will definitely be returning. "
