"Great hotel, perfectly located for my business trip. Great breakfast selection and service was great from Ben in the bar with my drinks and evening meal. My only two minor grips would be the pillows were quite firm, may offer feather ones if requested and the gym cardio equipment was quite sparse. However a few things to make it better : 1- the oven/microwave didn’t work even after trying a few times. It needs a master in engineering to make it work.
