"Exceptional hospitality, food, and amenities - It's a highlight of our trip. When we arrived at property, almost entire staff greeted us on the street by the entrance. Kaiseki meals were wonderful. The second floor recreation room was a happy place to be -Zen garden view, delicious snacks, drinks, and late night soup... The rooms were clean and spacious. Onsen pools were nice, especially the roof top one. We look forward to our next trip there"

"It was amazing from the moment we arrived in our car, there were staffs greeting us and ready to help us unload the bags. Then we were led to the check in seating area and was offered some wine and non alcoholic beverage. The staff showed us the room and everything that we needed to know. The room was overlooking the reserve forest and it looks so beautiful with snow covered trees. The private bath in the room was just the cherry to the cake.
