"Beautiful, magnificent views of the landscape, quiet, peaceful, fresh air, safe and secure. I didn't like the dining chairs. Unsafe to sit on as they are on an incline. My daughter-in-law fell backwards while sitting on the chair while her son was sitting on her lap. She nearly hit her head against the wooden bench. No freezer available and no exhaust fan above the cooking stove. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crow's Nest holiday home. Thank you."

"The house was freezing when we checked in therefore cold for the rest of the night and stay because of insufficient heating and poor condition of the house. The main bedroom door doesn’t shut therefore you have to push a suitcase against it to stop it from opening The condition of the house is extremely poor. "The property was great in terms of its location to the town centre and the beautiful views of the lake and mountains. However, there was a clear lack of care towards the cleanliness and general maintenance of the property. The second floor ensuite toilet leaked and we needed to mop the floor 3-4 times a day. "Great location however it was the only bonus. Cleanliness just hit the par, appliances also just hit the par. However couches and overall decor was sub par with big tears in them. Bathroom facilities were also underwhelming, shower not suitable for taller people. As said, location is one of the only things going for it aside from parking.
