"We had a few of issues to begin with which were sorted out quickly and efficiently, a front room which was changed to a back room, a TV remote that wasn't working (they changed the batteries) and a cloudy lager that was exchanged with no quibbles. The bedroom was generally ok, but would have benefitted with brighter bedside lighting and the mould in the en-suite ceiling needs sorting, the remainder of the en-suite was very clean. "This was simply a great Hotel/Inn to stay at. Staff were super friendly and nice, beds comfy, breakfast delicious and if you're a history nerd, it's right next to the Roman walls. Would absolutely come here again."
