"The flat is spacious and in a perfect location. The description of the flat notes there is an elevator to the floor but does not make clear that there is a flight of stairs required to get into the flat. This is a problem with those with disability. Some maintenance is needed -- dishwasher drawer, windows that do not close completely, tv missing in bedroom. "This area of London is a great place to stay with everything you want reachable and in a great low-key neighborhood. The checkin process if you are used to VRBO was a bit complicated as you need to log in to separate company for registration and entrance details but we figured it out. The flat was a good size with a nice common (living room/kitchen) room. Some simple upgrades to the very old carpet and uncomfortable mattress in the bedroom would make a huge difference to match the location."
