"This was a perfect place to stay. The grounds are a beautiful place for a nice walk. The location was so quiet, we enjoyed the peacefulness. We picked this place because it was located near Royal Holloway University of London."

"The apartment was dirty, not available at the time it was supposed to be, I was screamed at by the man in the store when I went to pick up the keys, the cleaning lady was using an old broom not even a vacuum and in the smaller guest rooms there is no way two adult Americans could fit comfortably. We left the keys with the concierge and have opened a dispute with Houst/VRBO to get our money back since the apartment was not as advertised. We didn’t stay there at all."
