"hi guys I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at Hotel 39 in Montego Bay Jamaica, particularly focusing on the exceptional service provided by the staff during my stay. When I initially arrived in Jamaica for a business trip, I was hesitant about my accommodation choices as I was looking to avoid the high costs of all-inclusive hotels. However, as soon as I entered Hotel 39, my perception changed. Despite my initial skepticism, the receptionist, the security guard at the gate, and even the general manager impressed me with their warm greetings and helpful demeanor. The level of friendliness and professionalism exhibited by the entire staff was truly remarkable. While I refrain from singling out specific individuals to avoid any unintended implications, I must emphasize that every staff member I interacted with deserves recognition for their outstanding hospitality. I would easily rate the service provided by the staff at Hotel 39 a perfect score of 100 out of 100. Their attentiveness and courteousness surpassed that of many larger establishments in Montego Bay and surrounding areas. It is important to note that Hotel 39 caters more towards adult clientele and solo travelers, making it an ideal choice for business trips or leisure stays for adults. I would not recommend this venue for families with children, as the atmosphere and amenities are tailored towards a more mature audience. In conclusion, I am already looking forward to my next visit to Jamaica"

The property was beautiful with so many dining options and live entertainment every night! The midnight jerk chicken cart is a must!!! "

"I had an absolutely fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, which made all the difference. While they could improve the WiFi, everything else was simply amazing! I can't wait to return! Special shoutout to the wonderful team who went above and beyond to ensure I had a great time: the talented dancers Gee Gee, Imani, and Sashy, the awesome bartender Wendy, and the incredible dancer Chef. From check-in to check-out, every moment was unforgettable!"

"I would say this was an amazing introduction to Jamaica! I loved the cuisine (on and off the property), entertainment was excellent! Staff undoubtedly catered to guests needs relentlessly. They also maintained the grounds and property amazingly, there was always someone tidying up, but mindfully not disturbing any guest. We even got turn down service on the day we checked out! I’d like to especially thank Andre and the director of entertainment because they helped me arrange a birthday surprise for my husband which is now an unforgettable moment for us lol! Being able to walk to shops and the club was also a bonus, we only needed taxis when we went on excursions. A beautiful, intimate resort with so much to offer, I can’t wait to go back!"
