"The staff was exceptional!!! Sashauna was so diligent in helping me retrieve my daughter’s misplaced snuggle blanket! A big thank you to all the people in the laundry department for looking for and finding my daughter’s snuggy. I really appreciate it. My family and I will definitely be back. "

"We spent 5 days at this resort. Overall it was a great experience and I would visit again. Food was great and we enjoyed all the restaurants. The only complaints I have about the resort is that we were constantly hounded about spa treatments. We were asked at least 30 times if we wanted any spa services, Also the drink selection was limited. They didn't offer any Canadian or American whiskeys and only had Red Stripe beer, lastly I think its worth mentioning room service costs $19 per order and...

"The location was perfect and very safe. Lots of outside restaurant in the area. Downtown area is walking distance about a 20 min walk. Ricks Cafe is close by 10 mm in drive. Jamwest is 30 min drive ..overall I was happy"

"We stayed on the adults, only side, and the service was impeccable, the food choices were the best that we’ve seen at an all inclusive and good combination of local cuisine and international cuisine. I enjoyed going to the gym and taking Pilates and yoga every day. The gym staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and helped me to change some habits I needed to. Overall, I would give this 9.5 out of 10 and would definitely come back again."

"The staff was excellent and the atmosphere was great for families. I would have liked to experience the adult side of the property. The property is new and has some tweaks that were addressed immediately but that is to be expected with any new properties. I think that overtime it will be one of the most visited properties in the area. The food was awesome and I appreciated the daily Jamaican cuisine. I plan to go back soon."

"To be honest the hotel was ok. It needs updating. Unfortunately they have yet to reimburse me for the 4 th person not in attendance. The cab I took on the first night to town was way overpriced. But the front desk ladies were very helpful. "

"The property and staff could not have been any more spectacular. Our family group of 20, including a 7 month old and 17 month old, had every need met including delicious meals, perfectly served, and luxurious days lounging around the pool. Photo's do not do this wonderful private resort justice. The staff was nothing but dedicated to our comfort and enjoyment. Linda ensure everything was well prepared and always available to assist throughout the process. We can't wait to go back"

"We had a most wonderful stay at Sur Mer. Beyond the convenience and amenities of the property, want to give a special shout out to Daniella - the property manager. Our car broke down on the way to the hotel late at night. Daniella was not on the property but she helped arrange a transportation for us, checking on us every once in a while till we made it to the hotel. "Lovely hotel very close to Mo Bay. Staff were kind and accommodating. Christmas was very well done. Food, Caribbean or otherwise was excellent and choices plenty. Service around lunchtime sometimes sketchy but other times excellent. Live band is great, rooms spacious, bed comfortable. Servicing of the room was hit and miss. Overall a fabulous stay and would definitely return."

Nice hotel

"We picked this hotel became it was right across from the beach. The rooms are nice. Not a luxury resort like the high end but if you want a laid back stay this hotel is for you. We enjoyed the night entertainment poolside and the grill burgers in the afternoon at the beach grill. We celebrated my moms birthday and when i let the staff know, they sang to her and even had nice little cake for her. She loved it"
