"This resort is absolutely beautiful! The grounds are beautiful - full of plants, trees and flowers. The property is very large but easy to navigate.This resort would benefit from a map on the app or on paper. But what really makes this resort the best, is the staff!!The welcoming crew is fantastic - we received cocktails during check-in. Ricardo is your guy! He ensured we had a smooth check in experience and gave us many tips and information about the resort grounds, restaurants, bars, pools and services offered. We had the pleasure of having 3 butlers included in our over water bungalow package. Navado, Glaister & Ashley all had excellent customer service and took care of many food reservations, golf cart transportation, coffee and breakfast in the morning, off sight excursions and many other requests we had during our visit. They were always willing to help and had many facts and information regarding the resort and mangrove history. The bar tenders are top notch from customer service, local recommendations and drink recommendations! We tried a different drink each time. Make sure you stop by the platinum bar and see Oshe! His customer service is stellar, he keeps the jokes flowing, he called us by name and never had a bad recommendation! Our evening go to was to visit Omar & Franz at the Piano Bar - they kept the laughs and drinks flowing! This resort is highly recommended and the staff here is the reason! Genuine people who provide top tier hospitality! Ya mon! "

"Perfect for a couples getaway. Close proximity to the airport. Transportation was easy to secure as well as excursions. The entertainment at the hotel was great as well as the nightlife at the other locations. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is a bit older - but the staff keep it exceptionally clean. We enjoyed access to the other properties and the VIP beach sections we were able to relax in. The food at the restaurants was delicious. However, room service food was not as expected. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Thank you for a memorable 20th Anniversary trip!!"

"I liked the staff. They were always courteous and friendly. Food provided for an all inclusive hotel was good. Loved that the hotel was conveniently located across from Doctors Cave beach. The beach is very beautiful. I wish however that the WiFi was working better. Kept dropping in and Overally family and I had a great 👍 experience. Will certainly be back soon. "

"I booked an ocean view room for my sister and I to celebrate her birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. Lots of activities each day at the resort to participate in or just laying on the beach was incredible. Facilities all around seemed and felt clean and up to date. Food was tasty. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We ran into one incident during our stay, that was immediately rectified and I was pleased about how it was handled. After running a bath at the end of the night to relax, the bathtub began to leak all over the room floor. I called the front desk to let them know of the situation. The woman at the front desk sent a bellhop to move our belongings to another ocean view room on the same floor, along with a pair of the maintenance team to fix the tub. My sister sister and I had a fantastic time & thinking about returning this year!"
