"Friendly staff"

"We had a fantastic stay at Swahili Beach Resort. The resort is stunning and thoughtfully designed, featuring a multi layered pool and beautifully crafted architecture throughout the rooms and hotel. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable. The only downside was the air con was quite noisy."

"Turtle Bay Beach Resort appears to have had some upgrades since our last visit in 2023. There is fresh paint in many places, the ping pong table has been restored and new paddles are available to use. The food remains good, though not exceptional and there is sufficient variety for most tastes. The all-inclusive alcoholic drinks remain dismal due to the use of bottom end ultra-cheap alcohol requiring the consumption of multiple drinks to better enjoy your vacation. "Lovely resort and well managed. The team at the front desk are welcoming and friendly. The cleaning staff were responsive and happy. The waiters/waitresses during meals need some training on place settings and table etiquette. The chefs made wonderful, fresh meals daily and attentive. The all inclusive package is a must have cocktails are included which was a nice touch."

"Just a little off the main road. Arrange pick up earlier since cabs can take as long as 30 minutes. Excellent property!!! The gardening is out of this world"

"The descriptions available online were quite limited so we were not sure what to expect. We (2 couples, 2 kids) stayed in one of the Residences which was great - 3 large ensuite bedrooms and large living/dining area, but no kitchen facilities or dinnerware which was unusual if one assumes 3 couples or other group may be sharing the space. It is a private, stand alone building just a short walk to the main hotel and the pool was deep and good size. The beach in front of the hotel feels private...
