Stunning views of the Sky Tree and Tokyo sprawl (we stayed on 24th floor). Convenient yet quiet location, near metro. Beautiful neighbouring temple. Close amenities and restaurants. Only gripe was super soft and small pillows"

"It was an awesome experience overall. Hotel staffs are very helpful and nice. The rooms are clean and in tip top condition. MRT is just 5mins. away. Accessibility and convenience with its very good location. You will never feel hungry because there are lots of options available around. Vegetarian and non vegetarian. "

"We loved this hotel and stayed here twice in our three-week long trip in Japan. The only one thing to be aware of is the entertainment streets behind the hotel which was not children friendly at night. Tons of options for food and steps away from Ueno Park, Ameyoko shopping street, and two train stations. Didn't try the public bath but it looked nice. We fully utilized the laundry room during our stay and never had to wait for a washer/dryer to be available. Highly recommend this property. "
