"We loved our stay at Ann hotel! The staff was very friendly, the room and lobby were very clean, it was quiet at night, and it was very walkable to attractions and public transport. There were great amenities in the lobby and room as well. Also, the beds were not as hard as some people said. Harder than typical American plushy beds, sure, but not super hard. There were only two “downsides” I would say. If you’re used to regular American-size hotel rooms, be prepared for a very small room. Also, the WiFi was ok at best, often cutting out. But since we spend most of our time in the city, it wasn’t too big of a deal."
