"It was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The rooms were a little bit run down visually, but clean and all room amenities were provided. Loved the service. Got help from staff with ease when our room cards stopped working one night. All in all a solid 4.5/5 experience."

"It was actually very central to us using the train to get to all the areas we wanted to see. The only thing that would have been nice is if the staff knew a little English, but with google translate we sort of got around a few issues at checking in and checking out because it’s an automated system but the machines weren’t working 100 percent. "Excellent place to stay to experience Asakusa. It was our home base while in Tokyo and taking day trips from Tokyo. Other than sleeping, we did not spend a lot of time in the hotel. Staff was extremely helpful in organizing luggage transfers to our next hotel. If you’re a taller person, this room might feel small at first, but easy to get used to. Also there’s a hotel with a very similar name, make sure you have the right hotel name entered in your maps while navigating."
