We loved how the room had an extra little area for storage since we had our hockey and skating gear with us. It was an excellent addition to the room. Super clean and tidy! "If you like a room that smells humid and like an old cigarette, this is a place for you. The room hasn’t been upgraded in a generation and the shower had water damage and black mold on the ceiling. The pool and hottub were shut down, and looked like they had been for a while. Of course they didn’t provide notice of any of this, especially to a family coming up to enjoy skiing, and all the outdoor activities the Lake Placid area has to offer, and would love nothing else but to soak in a hot tub afterwards. After all, that’s one of the things we punched in the search criteria. Spend your money someplace else. You get what you pay for and I learned the hard way on this place."

"Town House Lodge was the perfect spot for our quick overnight. We got in late and the room was ready and waiting for us. The room was super chic and modern and very clean! It was also a great price. We knew we weren't staying long, so didn't want to spend a ton. This is also an excellent location - not far from main street. Would definitely stay again!"
