"Our family of 5 had a very nice stay at this hotel. The AC was nice and strong in the rooms and the buffet breakfast was a bonus. The young lady that works at the front desk in the mornings (Apr 29 and Apr 30th), didn't get her name and wish i did was super helpful and nice. My hands were full from helping my kids grab the breakfast and i needed to open the door that leads back to the rooms and she right away went to grab the door for me. Very alert! She was always smiling and she has amazing memory! Told her once my room number, she remembered it each time. Location is amazing. 1 min walk into Ali'i drive (main downtown area). Thank you for making our trip relax. "
