"Spacious and clean. Bedroom needs ventilation but Murphy bed was very comfortable. Plenty of fans provided. Nice full, stocked kitchen. Hard to find company office which has limited hours, but registrar super nice. I’d stay again."

"This was the perfect location for our stay. We were a 1 mile drive from Magic Sands Beach and 1 mile drive to local shopping, dinning and entertainment! While we chose to drive everywhere, the location is totally walkable to all the attractions. Also, before booking I read reviews, and apparently other condos do not have AC. This one DOES have AC. "Great surfer hotel (even if you’re not a surfer). Each room has a view of breaking waves and the hotel salt water pool looks out on the ocean. The hotel is simple yet nicely decorated and adequate free parking. We really enjoyed our stay. "

"Close to most of everything we wanted to do"

"Great location on Ali’i Drive. The house was what you would expect for a beach rental. Very well stocked. Note- I didn’t recall reading the property was NOT air conditioned. There was a great breeze at night and fans provided, but if that’s important to you, it’s worth mentioning. The waves literally lull you to sleep each night. "

"The condo was a great place to stay while visiting our neice. The views are wonderful and the home is well appointed and comfortable. We like this part of the island for it's location to so many beaches and attractions. "

"A beautiful setting and great view of the ocean. We appreciated the covered lanai to eat during a rain storm. The problems are with the neglected unit. the door is warped and the lower door jam is coming out so easy to trip. The owner failed to pay the electric bill and we were without power for most of a day. There are ripped screens, screen doors that don't lock or can't get open, a cupboard door coming off it's hinges, broken floor fan. The instructions for working the door lock were...

"This is a nice property with a view of the beach. Nice pool area, with beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is well-stocked, and there are abundant beach toys, chairs, etc."

"Jen is such a kind, helpful and caring host. Her room was perfect for us. We used the pool most afternoons, bought groceries to microwave two meals a day, and enjoyed a beautiful, peaceful stay. Luna the cat was adorable. Jen suggested Walua Trail for walking, which was a safe, scenic walk. We enjoyed it multiple days. The location of the room was great. "Condo was in great shape! All appliances worked well; location good for a central spot to travel to tourist sites. Area kinda dark when walking after dark, but great for accessing ocean side stores, restaurants "

"We had a fabulous day at this condo. It was roomy and conveniently located. It was super clean with the best equipped kitchen that we’ve had in a long time. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have access to air-conditioning. We wish the table and chairs inside were a little comfier, but the outside chair is more than made up for it. "This location is not in the heart of anything and everything is about an hour away. It was quiet and easy to access. We loved our stay, and we are adventurers, so it gave us great access to the whole island. Plus, the sunsets were beautiful and unobstructed. "

"This cute little place was perfect for our family of six. Kids slept on the sofa sleeper while the adults took the two bedrooms. Plenty of room and the place was very clean. The patio overlooks the golf course which is a beautiful sunset view with goats coming and going. We enjoyed sitting out there daily! We prefer to have our own kitchen which is why we rent Ed the condo, but there is a beautiful Outrigger resort nearby that we walked to for coffee every morning and a look at the beautiful...
