"Our unit has excellent ocean view watched beautiful Kona sunset every day itself worth price of admission. Kitchen very well stocked, water kettle for tea would be real nice. Facility quite dated but very clean well kept n maintained. Staff mostly friendly helpful. Parking is an adventure each day entrance n exit quite challenging be careful if driving larger vehicle. Finding parking spot can be crap shoot. Good location minutes drive from everything in town. Would definiely stay again when back...

"We had a great time and would definitely return. Our room was a little outdated but it was clean. The housekeeping was excellent. Location was fantastic. Could easily walk into town. Parking was good. Was upset the lagoon was not open to swim. Luau was great. Our room had a good view of the wster. Wish the chairs on balcony were more comfortable. All in all it was fantastic."

"This was the perfect location for our stay. We were a 1 mile drive from Magic Sands Beach and 1 mile drive to local shopping, dinning and entertainment! While we chose to drive everywhere, the location is totally walkable to all the attractions. Also, before booking I read reviews, and apparently other condos do not have AC. This one DOES have AC. "Nice little place in very good location. 50 yard walk to water front Alii Street full of good restaurants. Very popular place. Would have been nice to have a table to eat at. I always found a place to park but parking is difficult. It is what it is. There was a $270+ fee added to my charge that I was not made aware of at time of booking. Otherwise it was a pretty inexpensive place to stay in an expensive destination"

"I had an excellent 6 night stay in a Bungalow which had a very comfortable bed, a small refrigerator, a coffee maker (but no coffee or milk was supplied), and a very large ceiling fan which kept a breeze blowing. There is no A/C or heat, so at times the fan had to go on high or the blankets were needed but that was not an issue. "

"This place was a gem. We only booked for one night of our trip but I wish we'd stayed longer. The food was delicious and sitting out on the deck watching the sunset was relaxing after a full day of travel. I loved the outdoor showers, and the indoors were also beautifully maintained and cared for. On our next adventure out here, this is where we're staying. "

"What a beautiful property! Beautiful views! Candi, the host, couldn't have been more helpful. The home was as described and had more than advertised. We had Chef Brad prepare a dinner for us and it was really good. The location is not really walkable to anything as the roads are narrow with no sidewalks or space for pedestrians. Car dependent but everything you need is within a 10 - 15 minute drive. We totally recommend this amazing place.Thank you again for sharing your home with us."
