"The hotel is very cute with a retro European feel. Staff were nice and spoke enough English to make check in easy for me. Our room was clean and we could fit 2 open suitcases in the room. There was a lot of "stuff" though on all the surfaces. Papers, amenities, etc. We had to gather it all up and set it aside in order to have room to put our own stuff on the table. The neighborhood is so central. Multiple train metro stops in all directions along with countless restaurants and all the shopping...

"We came off a cruise went to Disney for a few days and then needed one night in Tokyo proper. I found this hotel here in hotels.com. It was so convenient. We were able to walk to what felt like the 5th ave of Tokyo Ginza 6 street and to do some MORE shopping. We also were able to easily walk the 1 1/2 flat blocks to get to the Tokyo station for an express to narita airport. The staff at the hotel is very nice. We were in a double which was two twin beds. "Very convenient to many things and places in Ginza. My only issue is the slow elevator especially when there are lots of people waiting. Otherwise it's a wonderful place to stay. "
