"This is a hidden gem of a hotel! The beach was very easy to get to. And the on-site restaurant is amazing! The bathrooms were squeaky clean and well designed. The beds were top-notch. "

"Super chill spot. Great place for adults wanting to getaway yet also very family friendly - two connected pools, hot tub and beach water front. They have Pool tables, foosball and arcade games. Bartenders are very friendly - one in particular customizes drinks from local fruit!!! Super delicious. Would stay here again. They also free parking which was a huge plus since most places charge daily - it isn’t covered and they have a lot of birds, your car may be covered in bird droppings - other than that we were able to find a spot at all hours of the day. "

"We enjoyed the beautiful view from our balcony, maybe that was the VIP status, but it was perfect for our family. We loved the location, private beach for sunrise walks and the staff was awesome for check in, offering suggestions and providing beach chairs and an umbrella. The location was better than expected with walking distance to everything even a Jojo’s shaved ice and tons of restaurants. I’d prefer to stay here for a more laid back local feel than in Poipu with every tourist at the beach. "

"I enjoyed my stay at the Aston Islander. The property is well maintained and right on the ocean. There are number of dining and shopping options within walking distance. I especially liked the Happy hour at the bar by the pool — good place to talk to fellow travelers. The room itself was in pretty good shape but could use some touch up paint. The bed could have been better located — it was directly under the AC unit. Overall, I recommend and I’d stay here again. "

"Our room was perfect. One bedroom one bath with full kitchen. Gorgeous balcony. Visited by geckos. Our garden view included ocean view as well. Our pool area was better than all surrounding. We would return "
