We arrived at 203 Wailua Bay View knowing this property and loving it! We had a few things that were out of the norm for what we were used to but after contacting Candace, everything was fixed and she was AMAZING! We look forward to coming back to Kauai again and this property soon!

Located in Kapaa, it is a central location with short travels to anything you want to do. Private balcony overlooks the beach and ocean. Beautiful pool area. Recommend this location/ unit for your enjoyment.

Really nice space with a fabulous view of the beach which is easily accessed from the condo building. Some street noise BUT closing the bedroom windows eliminated that. Would absolutely recommend this place to others.

Candace was always very pleasant to speak to and quick to respond. Unit was nice with great view from balcony. Only adjustment was not having full A/C - there is unit in the bedroom and a fan in the living area; however, we did fine. Convenient location to airport and a nice cafe across the street to eat at; plus a gas station close by.

Clean Condo- Beautiful View
We liked that this condo was super close to everything we wanted to do on our trip. The condo was clean- and the bed was super comfy! The temperature inside was comfortable, and we didn’t have any issues with the property. The view of the beach was great from the balcony, we enjoyed watching people wind surf out the window. Main reason for choosing this condo was its central location to the activities we had planned for the trip. There are also lots of yummy restaurants within walking distance.

Cute stay close to the beach
We enjoyed staying here, it fit our needs, there is some traffic/ construction on the main street that made it a little hard getting in and out but for the most part we were leaving early enough in the day for our excursions it wasn't a problem. It was nice being able to see the beach from this condo.

Great Location
Our host was very attentive and prompt responding. We asked for early check-in and she made it happen. We loved the “hidden “ beach right next to the condo. Beautiful !! At close proximity is the Wailua River where we also walked for a kayak tour. Having Lava Lava Restaurant, and other shops and restaurants at a walking distance, was a plus. The pool area is small, but very well maintained. The condo is nicely equipped with beach chairs, buggy boards, ice chest, umbrellas, and beach towels. Kitchen is also equipped with anything needed for making your meals, along with basic cooking condiments. The bed was very comfortable and has AC in bedroom . Though, no AC in the living room, which was a bit tough for those sleeping on sofa bed. Overall, location was perfect for us .

Great Kauai visit all around
The rental was wonderful in every way. Beautiful view and comfortable, clean living space. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Easy walk to beach and hose for showering off sand was super helpful! Great location for getting anywhere around the island. Nearby Safeway and drug store. In room washer/dryer was a plus too! Would highly recommend!

Very enjoyable stay
This place had everything we needed and many extras. The view was fabulous from the balcony and living room. The pool and the grounds were excellent. The location was great, the only drawback being the traffic noise from the street, but the sound of the waves pretty much neutralized that. The following items were not satisfactory: the screen on the sliding door came off and needs replacing, the wall in the bathroom needs repair, the tub faucet needs replacing. Honestly, with some basic renovation, this place could easily be a 4- star. All in all, it was a wonderful stay.

Our trip to Kauai was for my wife's Birthday and we weren't disappointed 1 bit. The view from our rental was wonderful,we loved it. The unit even though is older was sparkling clean. As was the entire property. For my wife and I it was perfect.

Centrally located getaway
This condo was exactly what we were looking for. Located right off the main road, it was easy to get around. The beach right next door was beautiful and it was a quick walk to and from a little shopping mall and differemt beach up the road. Many restaurants in walking distance also. Having in room laundry was a perk, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. Bedroom was comfortable with the AC, and the rest of the condo stayed pretty cool with windows open and fans on. You can tell the condo is a bit dated but for the cost, it is more than worth it. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Location!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Wailua Bayview. The condo was very clean and was exactly as advertised. I especially appreciated the beach gear. I fell in love with Kauai, and I would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect for exploring any place on the island with approximately 40 minute drives for the north shore or poipu. Waimea canyon is also a reasonable drive from here. The condo itself was very comfortable and the perfect place to relax after our adventures. This was a trip I will never forget!

Location and check in was great. Condo is within walking distance to many good restaurants and activities. Condo could use some repairs and upgrades as others have mentioned. Screen doors, bathroom walls and toilet kept running. Carpet in unit was a turn off. Street noise and construction made having the air conditioner white noise useful. Bed was comfortable
