"Beautiful relaxed vibe, cool location. Not a resort, but better I think. Loved the restaurant right on the beach where you can dine with your toes in the sand. Beach has a fair amount of shade from pine trees. Nice location close to a walking/biking trail and a touristy shopping plaza. Also not very far from a ton of other restaurants and shops just up the road. The Wailua river is extremely close. The only one thing I did not like was that the room looked right onto the pool on the ground floor...
