The manager is available via WhatsApp and kindly supplied some tea packets and a lovely mini card as I wasn’t feeling well upon arrival (and a cute little teddy bear keychain!) "The hotel is in a great location. Excellent breakfast options - try the sarawak laksa. Staff are very helpful and the concierge was able to find tours for a solo traveller without having to pay for 2 people. I stayed in one of the older, cheaper rooms and the bathrooms are in need of renovation however it was still clean and everything worked well. "
