"Positives 1.Extremely comfortable beds, we slept so well. 2.The water pressure in the shower was super strong. Wonderful shower. 3. Location is perfect. 4. Lovely patio area overlooking the library. 5. Wonderful service from reception. Negatives- breakfast I was so surprised how poor the breakfast was and this is something that could be remedied easily. A paper receipt omitted the deposit amount. A 48 hour wait for confirmation of a change was responded to only after Expedia intervention. Caveat emptor!"
