"Positives 1.Extremely comfortable beds, we slept so well. 2.The water pressure in the shower was super strong. Wonderful shower. 3. Location is perfect. 4. Lovely patio area overlooking the library. 5. Wonderful service from reception. Negatives- breakfast I was so surprised how poor the breakfast was and this is something that could be remedied easily. The coffee was too weak (almost transparent). First morning i ordered the eggs and almost cried when i saw the quantity of food on the plate....

"We were picked up by Brandon in the Basaga Shuttle Bus. Brandon immediately was very friendly. We did our thing around Kuching but then decided to book a tour with Brandon, best thing we did. "This is a high end hotel very close to Mulu National Park. The rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. Common areas are charming airy and comfortable The dinner buffet is generous if unexciting but considering the remoteness of Mulu does well to cater to most tastes What makes this hotel excellent are the staff. Exceptionally helpful polite and charming. "
