"It's one of the newest hotels in Georgetown so we decided to give this a try. Pros: Attentive service staff Cons: It's quite an open concept with a small lobby Toilet in the West Wing was choked (probably due to public access) There were no clear instructions on pool access and we had to come down to the lobby to access to the West Wing No evening turn-down service"

"Quite nice hotel. good restaurant and kindly service. But room don’t have bathtub and George Town little bit far."

"Really comfortable hotel. It’s big on eco friendly. We had a view of the sea which was really nice. The location is also great. It’s close to the market, restaurants and old part of Georgetown (and pubs if you are keen to venture out at night) so everything is close by. The Trishaw station is right next to hotel so it was easy if you are not up for walking or Grab. Would definitely stay there again"

"It was away from the hustle and bustle but still close by to the entertainment, shopping and dining options in the area. The views were mesmerising and staff went above and beyond especially Rafah and Aiman who helped us moment we walked through until the time we left. "

"Hotel staff are nice. The room is clean and tidy. Walkable distance to Komtar (close to where you can take a bus to Ipoh) and very close to Kimberley Street Food Night Market. There is a higher end restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel but we didn't eat inside."
