The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way — from the elegance of the design to the professionalism of the staff. "We only stayed there one night but staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small but nice. Not an ideal area for checking out the historical part of istabul but we had an overnight layover so we didn't need to be in the heart of Istanbul. Staff did push us hard to use one of their taxis but we were able to get a taxi to the airport for only 1000 liras. "
